If your child is traveling to the retreat with another family, we suggest putting the check (rather than cash!) in an envelope and letting us know in advance whenever possible. Payment upon arrival is preferred. (Our "accounts receivable department," that is, Gretchen, is rather out-straight during pickup on Sunday!.)
