Please note that we are using a new Retreat Sign-Up Form that is email based rather than Web based. It's an easy process, and should eliminate the hassles that a few Friends have experienced previously with their systems.  If you experience problems with our new form, please contact Email Kevin if you have a problem. Please use the menu bar on the left to sign your child up for the next retreat and to locate maps and directions for all of our retreat locations..

If you are new to our program please be sure to complete the JYM Retreats Database Form which establishes your child's name and contact information in our files to receive ongoing updates and program announcements.

If your child has been with us before, and the Health and Safety Form on file with us is still accurate, there's no need to complete another unless information has changed.
