Small Groups: Focus and Resources
Dear Staff,
Some staffers find it useful to have a sense of what direction Small Groups will take around a given theme in advance of receiving their Staff Notes a week before the retreat. Then again, other staffers will never use this, and that's okay too! If I get my act together, my goal is to have at least a rough outline (and maybe more) of how we'll explore our theme within Small Groups. That way, if you're feeling led to explore the theme in a certain way, or if you want to suggest approaching it differently, you can see what I've got started here and be in touch as the Spirit many lead.
