"Lofty" Staff Positions at Retreats!

Staff Positions at retreats are assigned with attention to areas of interest, skill and previous Staff experience. Some staffers enjoy doing the same tasks from one retreat to the next. Other Staffers prefer mixing it up. First Time Staffers are seldom assigned a specific chore, as we feel it's better for newbees to get a feel for things for one or two retreats first. (We also don't want to scare anyone away!) Each Staff Position has a Detail Sheet (see Staff Toolbox Intro) that is emailed in advance. The Detail Sheet is also included in the Staff Notebook.

Thank you, Friends!
